This hotel was truly centrally positioned and the staff from the reception were there at all the time. The beds ended up comfy and the other guests were typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was on and off, but wasn´t a big deal. Really good hotel and fantastic location. I Absolutely recommend this hotel!

Me and my companion stayed here for 4 nights to checking out the place. Chalet Annelis Apartments is found in an incredibly central place, it’s clean along with the beds are incredibly cozy! There is just one factor I would suggest going forward and that’s to provide additional hotel amenities, shower gel particularly. Overall, I was very pleased with this choice and will surely suggest it to everyone looking to drop by Zermatt.
